Q: Where do I select my template?
A: After placing your order, one of our design engineers will contact you to go over the available templates, to discuss what would work best for you. You can see samples of the templates here.

Q: How long does it take for completion?
A: Average delivery time after starting, is 3-4 business days.

Q: Can I review this before it goes live?
A: Absolutely! We insist on getting your approval before it goes live, to ensure your satisfaction.

Q: What size do the photos need to be and what format?
A: Please ensure your photos are at least 820×350 pixels to fit these templates, any file format other than PDF is fine. If you want us to suggest photos for you, then you don’t need to do anything for this step.

Q: Do I need to provide you with my facebook logins?
A: Not at all. You have two choices for installing the final cover video: a) assign our account temporary admin access then revoke it after upload, or b) you can do the installation yourself via our easy instruction guide.

Q: Can I change colors on a template?
A: The text colors can be changed, but any solid backgrounds cannot at this time.
