HOSTING SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

Hosting subscriptions are a month to month contract unless otherwise stated in your custom contract, and you can cancel at anytime. Please see our Hosting Terms of Service and Hosting SLA for full terms and conditions.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE  / CARE PLANS TERMS OF SERVICE

Month to month contract via automated recurring billing, can cancel anytime. To cancel, please open a ticket via MY ACCOUNT page. By subscribing to our Website Maintenance Service, you agree to the following Website Maintenance Subscription Terms of Service.

CANCELLATION

Subscription services must be cancelled via phone or online trouble ticket within 1 week prior to renewal. Switching to a new hosting provider does not automatically terminate your subscription.
