Hosting Account Tutorials

REQUIREMENTS:
Customers will be required to provide various information in order to complete setup of their e-commerce hosting account which includes but isn’t limited to; company name, company address, company logo (optional), preferred payment processor (options given), preferred shipping carrier (mail products only). Check your order confirmation email for additional information or check with your assigned project manager.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF SERVICE
Please see our Subscription Terms of Service page for details on subscription services, subscription verification, and cancellation procedures. For the protection of credit / debit card owners and to ensure order accuracy, all new customer subscription orders need to be verified before setting up your subscription(s) service. Upon verification completion, you will be sent your logins and additional information for getting started. Please see the Subscription Terms of Service section for full details.
HOSTING SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS
Hosting subscriptions are a month to month contract unless otherwise stated in your custom contract, and you can cancel at anytime. Please see our Hosting Terms of Service and Hosting SLA for full terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
Subscription services must be cancelled via phone or online trouble ticket within 1 week prior to renewal. Switching to a new hosting provider does not automatically terminate your subscription.
