We Got A Facelift!

Marking our 20th Anniversary, Tsunami PC Productions has separated our web development services into a new division called “TPP Web Solutions” and got a major facelift to our company website, services, support center, customer tools, and much more.

How Does This Effect Me?

For existing Tsunami PC Productions customers, it is still business as usual – you still have the same logins, same services, same billing dates, but with an improved experience. For new customers, you are in for a great experience as well.

How Do I View My Existing Account?

For existing customers click on the MY ACCOUNT link and use your existing account email address and password. Don’t recall your password? From the MY ACCOUNT page click on the ‘LOST YOUR PASSWORD?’ link and you will get an email allowing you to reset your password. Once you are logged in, you can do the following from the MY ACCOUNT section:

• View your orders
• View and manage your subscriptions
• Manage your billing address
• Manage your saved payment methods
• Update your account email & change your password
• Manage your trouble tickets
• View and pay your invoices
• View your current projects

So What’s Changed?

Pretty much everything! As part of our 20th Anniversary celebration, we have made various changes that include a new website, new services, new website packages, improved customer support system, and a better overall experience for our customers.

We are still doing business as Tsunami PC Productions, but our web division has broken off to form TPP Web Solutions. All customer contracts and charges will still reflect as from Tsunami PC Productions.

• FREE Basic SSL Certificates: We now offer free basic SSL certificates with all of our hosting plans.
• FREE Website Migration Service: For new customers looking to switch hosting to us, we offer free website migration services for most websites. Contact us for more information.
• Improved Support System: Our customer support center now includes FAQs, online tutorials, online chat, online trouble ticket system, and 24/7 phone support.
• Improved Payment System: Our new invoice and payment system allows our customers to instantly get an email link to their invoices, login and click to pay instantly. In addition you can now also save various payment methods securely and use any of them at anytime to pay an invoice, or change your credit card associated with your subscription plans. Need to suspend or cancel a subscription? You can do it via MY ACCOUNT section instantly.
• Project Management Tools: For customers who have website projects, now you can login and view the progress of your website projects in real time!
• New Contract System: No more need to print, sign and send back a copy of your project contract – now you can do it all right online from our website!
