Why was the wrong credit card charged for my subscriptions?

If you have multiple credit cards saved in our website, whichever credit card you have saved as your “default” one will be used for your automatic subscription payments. To change your default credit card follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account via the MY ACCOUNT link.
  2. Click PAYMENT METHODS link.
  3. Update your default credit card and save.

In the event that the wrong credit card was charged and you have the proper one saved on our website, please contact us via a ticket or phone before 9pm the day of the charges. We will gladly refund that credit card and charge the other one you have saved.
