How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account via the MY ACCOUNT link.
  2. Click on SUBMIT TICKET, to create a new ticket. For fastest processing ensure for the type to select “SERVICE CANCELLATION REQUEST”.
  3. Fill out the rest of the ticket and ensure to indicate the date you wish for cancellation to take place.

Cancellation requests can take up to 7 days to process.

IMPORTANT: Other than hosting subscriptions which you can cancel anytime, for any other subscriptions you may have please see your subscription contract for exact term. Some subscriptions require a minimum number of months before you can cancel. In such a case where you cancel a subscription which is still active under your contract, the subscription will be reactivated and you will be notified of the time you have remaining.
