In some cases your development team may need access to some of your WordPress / WooCommerce accounts. This typically is related with downloading plugins, themes, and getting license keys. Due to WooCommerce security, just sending your own logins to your developer won’t easily work unless they are at the same location as you.
Follow these instructions to give your developer access to your WooCommerce account.
- Login to woocommerce.com dashboard.
- Click on the “Collaborators” tab in page.
- In the “Email address of collaborator” box enter the email address given to you by your project manager / developer, check all permissions, then click ADD.
