To start login to www.yoursite.com/cpanel > scroll down to EMAILS > click EMAIL ACCOUNTS > then locate the email of choice and click CONFIGURATION to see the configurations you will need.

ACCESSING AN EMAIL ACCOUNT VIA EMAIL SOFTWARE / MICROSOFT OUTLOOK:
You can plug your new email account into an email program like Microsoft Outlook by using the following settings:
– EMAIL ADDRESS: enter your new email address.
– USER NAME: your username can be entered as either username@yoursite.com OR username+yoursite.com.
– PASSWORD: use the password you created during setup.
– INCOMING MAIL SERVER: mail.yoursite.com
– OUTGOING MAIL SERVER: mail.yoursite.com (server requires authentication)
– SUPPORTED INCOMING MAIL Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
– SUPPORTED OUTGOING MAIL Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS) General instructions for adding this into Microsoft Outlook is:
1. Click on TOOLS, EMAIL ACCOUNTS, then ADD A NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNT.
2. For SERVER TYPE suggested selecting POP3 and click CONTINUE.
3. Enter the information listed above for your email settings, then click on MORE SETTINGS.
4. Click on the OUTGOING SERVER tab and check “My outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication” and accept the default setting by clicking OKAY.
5. To verify the ports being used click on MORE SETTINGS again, then the ADVANCED tab. Verify that you are using the proper ports:

FOR SECURE CONNECTIONS:
Incoming Server: mail.yoursite.com
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server: mail.yoursite.com
SMTP Port: 465

6. Click OKAY to accept any changes you made in settings, then click on the TEST ACCOUNT button to confirm successfully setup, then click the OKAY button to finish and go back to the main program.
7. Click on SEND / RECEIVE button and you should get the test email sent. You are now ready to use your email account.

IPHONE / IPAD EMAIL ACCOUNT SETUP:
There are several ways to access your new email account for your iphone or ipad.

METHOD 1 – CPANEL AUTO CONFIGURATION:
1. Login to cpanel via your device.
2. Scroll down to email accounts and click.
3. Locate your email account and to the right of it click ‘CONFIGURATION SETTINGS’ or ‘CONNECT DEVICES’.
4. Within the list of configuration settings, locate the one for iPhone / iPad and click it, then follow instructions.

ANDROID PHONE / TABLETS ACCOUNT SETUP:
There are several ways to access your new email account for your android phone or tablet.

ACCESSING EMAIL VIA WEBMAIL INTERFACE:
You can access also alternatively access email accounts from any computer with internet access by going to:
http://www.yoursite.com/webmail/

Login using your email address and password. After initial login it will display several different programs for accessing webmail. We suggest attempting to use each a few times to see which one you like best, then you can later select that program as the DEFAULT OPTION to auto-load for future logins.

For best setup, unlimited storage, backup of your emails, and to avoid possible loss of your emails online, it is suggested that you plug your email account into a mail software program on your local computer. If you opt to use webmail on regular basis be sure to delete older emails each week to save valuable storage space shared with your website.

ACCESSING EMAIL VIA CPANEL:
You can also access your email accounts via CPANEL by following these instructions:

1. Login to yoursite.com/cpanel/
2. Scroll down to the EMAILS section and click on EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
3. Locate your email account and next to it click on ‘CHECK EMAIL’ button.
4. In the new window select which email program you want to use. We recommend Roundcube for starting users.

ACCESS EMAIL VIA OTHER EMAIL SERVICES:
After creating your email account, you can also access your email through 3rd party services including: gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.

To add your email account to your existing hotmail.com account, follow these instructions:
