MICROSITES - HOW TO Viewed: 2221

Managing your team / staff records is a snap! After admin login just follow these instructions. We recommend that you have two tabs open for editing, so you can see changes quickly.

  • The first tab for your admin tools.
  • The second tab for your front end website after login.

Manage Your Team Members

1. From your dashboard, click on TEAM.
2. Managing records as follows:
– to put a record in the “trash” (allows you to reactivate it anytime), mouse over the persons name, then click ‘TRASH’.
– to update a record, mouse over the persons name then click ‘EDIT’.
– to add a new record, click ‘ADD NEW’ button and fill out the form, then select an optional FEATURED PHOTO on the right side column, then click SAVE.

How Many Team Members?

Based upon the number of team member records you created, follow these steps to ensure they all show.
1. From your dashboard, click on PAGES, then mouse over HOME and click the “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” button.
2. After it loads, scroll down to the team section and click on the edit pencil icon to edit the number of team members.
3. Change it to the number of team members you wish to display then click SAVE CHANGES, then CLOSE, then in the upper right click UPDATE, and finally click the X to close this.

It nicely fits up to 4 team members per row, then moves any over this to the next row.
