This is a common occurrence with cell phone users who are getting emails to their phones.
If you are not getting emails to your computer and getting no error messages, that indicates you have proper email logins setup. Thus the issue is with your cell phone email settings. By default when you setup an email account on most cell phones, it will set it to NOT leave a copy of emails on your mail server. This means that if you receive new emails to your phone first before checking your computer, once your phone downloads the emails they will never be downloaded to your computer.
