Here are some easy steps to verify that you have your domain setup properly:
1. Go to http://www.betterwhois.com/ and enter your domain, then submit. If it does not return a record, then you have not purchased your domain yet. Please contact our sales department for any assistance on this.
2. On the results page verify that your domain name servers are set to the following:
For LINUX Hosting Plans:
Ensure your name servers show as:
NS1.TPPHOST.COM
NS2.TPPHOST.COM
If not then you will need to login to your domain account and update your NAME SERVERS to match the ones above. After doing so, within 24 hours you should now be able to pull up your website using your domain.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
If you have confirmed that your domain was purchased, verified the name servers match the ones above, and verified the spelling on your domain all to be accurate, then please open a trouble ticket.
