How Do I Upgrade / Downgrade?
Upgrading / downgrading your Cloud Hosting plan can be done in several easy steps.
- Login to MY ACCOUNT page, then click on the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS link on the left side.
- Click VIEW on the active subscription you wish to change.
- Scroll down the next page and click on the UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE button.
- On the next page select the options you desire, fill out the required fields, and click the SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION button.*
*NOTE: For any options you wish to leave as is, simply select the default option or enter NA where possible. - Complete checkout.
Normal processing & completion time is 1 business day.
