“Do it yourself” or have us do it?

For customers who have Cloud Hosting or Dedicated Server Hosting, you have two options for management:

OPTION A – DO IT YOURSELF:
If you have previous knowledge on how to manage a server via WHM and want to manage all of your own domain accounts, account logins, server settings, SSL certificates, PCI compliance, security settings and more, then this is the option for you.

OPTION B – WE DO IT:
If you don’t have any knowledge on using WHM (server management software) and want us to handle setup & management of your server and all of your hosting accounts on the server, then this is the best option for you. For any new hosting accounts you want to have setup on your server, follow these steps:

  1. Login to MY ACCOUNT and click NEW TICKET.
  2. Create a ticket and tell us what domain you want a hosting account setup for.
  3. We will complete setup of the new account (typically within 1 business day) and send you back over the login information!
