How does scheduling of my project / contract work?

Scheduling of your new project / contract is dependent upon several items, all of which are indicated in your contract:

1. ACCEPT CONTRACT ONLINE: In order to get a “soft schedule” date for starting your project, it must be accepted online or it will not be added into our project queue.
2. RETAINER & SIGNED CONTRACT: You must then submit a signed / dated copy of your contract via fax or mail, along with retainer if any required to begin.
3. HARD CONTRACT DATE SET: Once the above have been done, a hard start date will be set for starting your project.

Please note due to the number of projects we have on regular basis, if your signed contract and retainer (if any) is not received before contract estimated start date, your project may be rescheduled to start at a later time once those things have been received.
